During the early part of the pandemic, Barbara Camph learned a lot of new techniques. One of those includes building a circle, or a half circle, out of strips of plain glass. This technique was so intriguing! Barbara cut the 1/4" strips, placed them in a specific pattern on a kiln shelf, sprinkled colored glass powder "artistically" over the strips, and fired the piece to almost 1500 degrees (F). She took her time firing this piece because the glass was so dense. Item includes the wooden stand.
